If you’re experiencing a hardship or have other needs, we’ll work with you. We’re suspending property foreclosure sales, evictions, involuntary repossessions for a period. Also, on a case-by-case basis, we’re offering fee waivers, payment deferrals, forbearances and other expanded assistance for affected customers who contact us. Cascade always recommends that you keep your mortgage payments current. If you are experiencing a hardship, we can help.

Stimulus $ – Cascade knows many of our customers are eagerly waiting for the COVID-19 government stimulus payments and may have some questions, so Cascade has some information for you’re here.

Expanded Unemployment Benefits $ – Cascade knows many of our customers have been laid off or are out of work as a result of COVID-19. The government has improved unemployment benefits.  Click here for more info.
