You also acknowledge that you are not required to provide this authorization as a condition of obtaining a loan product offered by Cascade. We will not charge you for any communication we make or attempt, but your service provider may. Insight Way, Suite 150, Chandler, Arizona 85286. You understand that the text messaging service may be modified or terminated at any time, for any reason and without notice to you. You agree to notify us if any telephone number associated with your account changes or is reassigned to a new subscriber. By indicating your agreement above, you are certifying that you are authorized to provide this consent because you are either the subscriber of the telephone number or a non-subscriber customary user with authority to provide this consent.
