I started working with cascade in Oct of 24 and but Dec of 24 I am know a homeowner!!! I had very terrible luck with working with previous lender and they failed miserably I was then referred to cascade and I must say if I buy another home it will definitely be with them! They have been very informative and punctual weather it was by email or phone I never went without an answer. Cascade encouraged me to ask questions being it is my first time purchasing a home and then praised me when I had some very difficult question. Almost as if they were impressed with me as a client as much as i was impressed with them as a financial institution!! Long story short use cascade!!

Amazing!! This was a first time home buying experience and I couldn't even dream of having someone better than Kelly King. He kept me informed every single step of the way. He updated about every other day, even with the small things. He took the time to explain in Elmo language what was happening, what I needed to provide, and what was being signed. I've lived with some roommates who have had "okay" experiences, when I was present during that time, but this experience set the bar so high that I don't think I could handle working with a less structured, transparent, and knowledgeable company! TRUST me, you won't regret choosing them! Kelly King is the BEST!
