Whether you are an existing customer or applying for a new loan, if you are dissatisfied with Cascade and wish to file a complaint, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your loan number.
IN CASE OF ERRORS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ACCOUNT (QUALIFIED WRITTEN REQUEST): You can write us if you think we have made an error on the account or if you need more information regarding the servicing of the account. Please be prepared to give us the following information: Your name, the account number, a brief description of the error, and why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. We will investigate your request and will correct any error promptly or provide the information as requested if available. We will generally confirm that we received your correspondence within five (5) business days and respond with an answer within 30 business days.
